Chris was born in Long Island, NY and moved to NC with his family in 2010 after falling in love with the Wilmington area while on vacation. He continues to be amazed at all that the area has to offer: surfing, fishing, boating, biking, amazing beaches, parks, friendly people, laid back attitude, golf courses and the culture and vibe of Downtown Wilmington.
Chris has a degree in Aerospace Technology from SUNY Farmingdale and obtained his pilot’s license at the Florida Institute of Technology. By the age of 23, he created a successful retail business and his stores quickly became the go-to place to shop among the surf, snow and skate crowd. Since moving to Wilmington, he’s taken that drive and dedication to launch a successful real estate career. His in-depth knowledge and professionalism help to ensure that his clients find their dream homes in this paradise location. Chris has also renovated several investment properties and can bring that experience to clients looking to purchase rental homes.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys surfing, fishing, biking, and spending time with his family. He looks forward to showing you all the reasons why he fell in love with the Wilmington and related beach areas. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
